In honor of their 6 month anniversary this week, I thought I'd give us a little #throwbackthursday on the blog today. These two are just so incredible together! I loved every minute that I got to spend with them and capture their story. If you follow me pretty well, you probably noticed that I went to the Bahamas last year-yes the BAHAMAS!! Such a peaceful place. I was asked to capture the sweet elopement of Jade & George on a beach with pink sand and crystal clear blue water. It was such a beautiful site to witness. Jade & George, I hope you two are enjoying every bit of your marriage!! I miss you two and hope to see you guys soon!! Hope Austin is treating you guys well! 2015 was a year full of many firsts! In 2014 I quit my full-time job of 10 years and fulfilled my life long dream of becoming a full-time photographer! It was a big step for me but I knew it was something that needed to be done in order to grow my business the way I wanted to. It felt as if I was starting over. I had to rebrand and market myself, I needed to put all of my energy into what I love to do and I had to do it fast. Thankfully through several contacts that I had, I was able to meet industry people that helped open doors that I never thought I could open. 2015 was a great year because I got to meet so many wonderful people and start planning things for this year. As an artist your styled is constantly changing and evolving. For me personally, I finally found a style that I love and helps me express my work the way I want to. It takes a lot to stand out in the photography world and for me its about standing out, having a style that speaks for itself and being true to capturing the memories that my clients are wanting most.
2016 is already off to a great start! It is going to be a year full of travel and I cannot wait to explore all of the beautiful places Im visiting this year. This year I plan to blog more and hopefully plan a couple of workshops, along with sharing more of my personal life on my blog www.ahybridlove.com

This is one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever had the pleasure of shooting. My dear friend Christopher, married his beautiful lady in October and I have to say there wasn't a dry eye the entire day. They pulled out all the stops and it was absolutely beautiful. They had so many surprises for their family throughout the wedding and it was so great to see everyone reactions. I was teary-eyed the entire time. Ill let the photos speak for themselves.
